Refund policy

Sommi Medical Equipment accepts returns within 30 days of receipt of the product. Returns for opened products are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Products must be in their original packaging.
• No evidence of excessive use, such as significant damage, scratches, marks, or tears.
• All parts and accessories should be included.

Please note that the following items are not returnable:

• Safety equipment for the bathroom, as it's necessary for maintaining hygiene.
• Mattresses.
• In-stock items (items that are on-hand and already listed in our systems) and special order items (items that are not on-hand and must be ordered for the customer on a special order basis).
• Lift chairs.
• Ultra-light wheelchairs.
• Custom wheelchairs.
• Cushions.
• Braces.
• Cold therapy systems.
• Power wheelchairs.
